A comprehensive four-day work schedule achieved a significant transformation of these patio areas. Operations commenced on Day 1 with pressure washing and the application of PureSeal Synergy Pro softwash. The subsequent two days involved the complete removal of the existing mortar joints. Work concluded on Day 4 with repointing and the finishing touch of resin paint applied to the leading edge of the 'cabin' patio.

The three-tiered rear garden, though the upper levels were petite compared to the large patio, now boasts a beautifully restored appearance.
A PureSeal oxiwash treatment was selected to rejuvenate the surfaces, prioritising the safety of the nearby natural pond located on the second tier.

I can restore your driveway/parking area, I will lift all the affected blocks and then relevel the base layer to relay the blocks. Finished by finally reseating them back into place.
The main reasons it may sink over time,
Poor Drainage:
Water accumulation beneath the paving can weaken the foundation. If rainwater or runoff isn't properly drained away, it can erode the supporting substrate, leading to sinking.
Heavy Loads:
Driveways subjected to heavy loads, such as large vehicles, can experience sinking if the base isn't designed to handle the weight. The pressure can compress and shift the underlying material.
Soil Movement:
Natural soil movement, due to factors like freeze-thaw cycles or changes in moisture levels, can cause shifts in the ground. This movement can lead to uneven surfaces and sinking pavers.

A complex undertaking, this project demanded the simultaneous restoration of two neighbouring driveways. One, unwashed for over a decade, presented a substantial cleaning challenge. The other, while newer, still required meticulous attention. I successfully addressed both driveways using a combination of Synergy Pro and targeted sodium hypochlorite applications to eradicate all stains and black spots

This hard clean presented significant challenges, including heavy soiling and extensive lichen growth. The roadside block paving had shifted due to a previous cleaning without any replacement sand being added after. We also addressed a substantial sunken area on the right side of the drive, as well as the area directly in front of the main entrance.

This large project focused on the restoration of a poured concrete driveway and a spacious patio at the front of the house. This included the refurbishment of a walkway leading to the rear of the property, as well as the restoration of a small patio area within the backyard, specifically for the homeowners. To protect the surrounding plant life, Synergy Pro was selected as the restoration agent, due to its less harsh chemical composition.

This small project, but perfectly formed, was completed within a half-day timeframe and involved the remediation of heavy algal accumulation. A high-velocity power wash, employing a rotary nozzle, facilitated the removal of the biological growth. Given the project's adjacency to landscaped areas, a targeted application of SynergyPro was selected to mitigate potential environmental impact

Another Project, Involved the restoration of a challenging outdoor space with varied environmental issues. North-facing sections exhibited heavy algae and black spot growth, while south-facing areas were affected by lichens on the slabs. Synergy Pro was the primary cleaning agent, with targeted applications of limited sodium hypochlorite for particularly stubborn areas.
